HEALTHCARE HEROES was born in 2006 as a way to celebrate the work and actions of those that are often overlooked for recognition, Nevada’s healthcare workers and contributors. Healthcare Heroes is the first, and longest running, program of its kind. As we celebrate nearly two decades of shedding light on remarkable healthcare professionals, it’s more important than ever to recognize the contributions of Nevada’s Healthcare Heroes.
Whether it’s the volunteer that brings the paper every morning in the hospital, the care coordinator that helps connect to necessary services, the nurse or doctor that selflessly cares for patients or countless others, Healthcare Heroes are critical to Nevada.
