R.D. Johnson Law Offices was started by Robert D.Johnson who attended Washburn University School of Law. While attending law school, Mr. Johnson serve for more than 2 years as a law clerk for the Attorney General of the State of Kansas. While working for the Kansas Attorney General, Mr. Johnson first worked in the Legal Opinions and Government Counsel Division where he researched a multitude of legal issues and wrote Attorney Legal Opinions – many of which were published as official opinions of the Attorney General. He also worked in the Civil Litigation Division.
Mr. Johnson has been practicing law in Nevada since 2001. Since then Mr. Johnson has assisted numerous business and individual clients with asset protection planning, estate planning, trust formation, business formation, contracts, business and real estate transactions. The firm’s clients include businesses, business owners, contractors, doctors, engineers, dentists, chiropractors and real estate professionals, ordinary individuals and beyond.
While Mr. Johnson has substantial experience as a litigation, bankruptcy and entertainment attorney, the firm currently focuses primarily on the areas of Business and Personal Asset Protection Planning, Business Formation (Corporations, LLCs, and Limited Partnerships) and Transactions, Estate Planning (Trusts, Wills, etc.), Real Estate Law and Contract Law, in order to provide the most effective representation in the firm’s primary areas of interest.
