Since our founding, Enterprise Bank & Trust has focused on guiding people to a lifetime of financial success. We empower privately held businesses to succeed, help families secure their financial futures, and invest to advance the quality of life in the communities we serve.
As Enterprise’s Las Vegas Market President, I’m proud to share a bit about Enterprise’s approach and how we are making an impact in the community.
A way to evaluate real impact is through the experiences of our clients and partners. One of our long-time clients is the largest and oldest behavioral health agency in Southern Nevada, Bridge Counseling, which supports more than 4,000 individuals per year. The nonprofit’s CEO and President David Robeck brought the organization’s banking relationship to Enterprise, which continues to grow alongside the organization itself. Our team rose to the occasion to help Bridge Counseling secure necessary funding quickly and efficiently at a critical time, allowing the organization to meet cash flow needs and continue serving our community.
David says, “Enterprise’s team listens first. They listen to find out what banking products will really help you, and they tailor products to fit your specific needs. The way they operate just makes sense.” This example demonstrates our tailored, people-first approach to serving Las Vegas’s businesses and nonprofits.
What makes Enterprise unique is the bank’s tight-knit community bank model with “big bank” resources. With Enterprise, businesses get the full range of commercial banking products and services, lending and Treasury Management solutions, and robust, practical technology. And in addition, you get the strength of a full team behind every client and people who get to know you and care about your company.
That leads me to share an important attribute of our team: its commitment to helping our community thrive. Our bankers are engaged in and around Las Vegas, mentoring in financial literacy and entrepreneurship and giving back at their children’s schools, places of worship or through other passion projects.
We are continuing to expand locally with a holistic approach. Enterprise serves the Las Vegas area by investing in regional economic development initiatives and offering educational resources and networking opportunities to not only clients but also the wider community. A long-standing resource that Enterprise offers to help make leaders and their teams stronger is called Enterprise University. The one-of-a-kind business education program serves everyone, from the early-career professional to the owner or executive, all at no cost.
Each spring and fall, we offer more than 30 live, interactive webinars led by experts in their fields. Courses cover leadership and management, finance and operations, human resources, marketing and sales, and other trending topics, such as real-world artificial intelligence (AI) and automation use cases, alignment of AI adoption with business strategy, and cybersecurity communication for leaders.
This spring’s lineup also includes courses on onboarding for team continuity and recruiting top talent that will offer insights to help businesses address labor concerns and strengthen their teams. As workforce development and retention are more important than ever, the courses also serve as a resource to leaders looking to offer no-cost professional development opportunities to their teams. An effective talent development program equips employees with skills and strategies to tackle the ever-changing business world, while also growing their careers. Enterprise University helps leaders support employees in this way.
Registration is open for courses taking place this spring! View the coursebook and register at enterprisebank.com/eu.
In addition to supporting our communities through education, Enterprise partners with local and national nonprofit organizations to help further their missions.
Our annual Community Impact Report documents just a sampling of the impact that our community partners and associates make every year. The annual report shares stories of hope, dreams and revitalization, through the eyes of impacted individuals. We recently showcased a Las Vegas-based nonprofit partner, sharing the story of a senior couple who received critical legal support that allowed them to protect their rights and finances.
As we look to the future, we are poised to continue implementing innovative financial solutions to meet the growing needs of Las Vegas’s privately held businesses. When your business is ready to explore expansion capital, a new capital structure or a more efficient solution to balance your cash flow cycle, you can trust our local team to guide you.
