Top Rank Attorneys (formerly Legal Elite), a signature feature of Nevada Business Magazine for almost two decades, continues its tradition of showcasing the state’s most respected legal professionals, chosen by their peers. This annual list highlights attorneys across all sectors—private practice and public service—representing both northern and southern Nevada, along with the state’s Best Up and Coming talent.
Polling for the 2026 edition commenced in late-February, drawing significant participation from the legal community. This year hundreds of individual votes were cast by Nevada-licensed attorneys to recognize their peers for excellence and integrity.
To ensure the list’s prestige (only about 3% of licensed attorneys in Nevada made the list), every nominee underwent a rigorous verification process. Votes were weighted to emphasize peer recognition outside of one’s own firm, and each attorney was vetted for standing with the State Bar of Nevada.
