My HealthMatrix and Agora Social Club have announced Define Your Circle, a limited-capacity men’s wellness weekend taking place August 14–16, 2026 in Las Vegas. The event will bring together just 25 men for an immersive experience focused on brotherhood, mental and physical resilience, recovery, and a clear plan for better health, stronger connection, and lasting change.
The event comes at a time when men’s mental health, loneliness, and social disconnection are under increasing national attention. Men are less likely to seek mental health support and are significantly more likely to die by suicide than women, while loneliness has been associated with higher risks of cardiovascular disease, stroke, and early death.
Hosted at My HealthMatrix Las Vegas, the weekend is designed to go beyond the typical retreat format by combining guided men’s work with a physician-led environment centered on health optimization, recovery, and long-term lifestyle change. My HealthMatrix describes itself as a human optimization ecosystem that brings together medicine, movement, biohacking, recovery technology, and community in one setting.
“Most men try to outwork or outrun stress, isolation, and declining energy until something breaks,” said Dr. Tim Patel, founder of My HealthMatrix. “This weekend is about changing that before it gets to that point. We created a place where men can be honest about where they are, reset physically and mentally, and leave with a real plan for how they want to live.”
The three-day event will include movement sessions, breathwork, guided men’s circles, recovery experiences, and workshops intended to help participants examine their health, relationships, purpose, and daily habits. Scheduled experiences include the Brotherhood Run, Brew for Dudes, a Recovery Lab, mental fitness workshops, and group integration sessions.
In addition to the core weekend, attendees will have the option to deepen the experience through a limited My HealthMatrix Lab & Evaluation Upgrade, which can include advanced bloodwork and a health optimization review for men who want more personalized data and a clearer picture of their hormones, metabolism, recovery, and long-term health trajectory.
Agora Social Club, which has built intentional men’s communities in New York and beyond, is partnering with My HealthMatrix to bring its community-centered model to Las Vegas in a format that blends connection, accountability, and health-focused experiences.
The host lineup includes:
Dr. Tim Patel, founder of My HealthMatrix and physician leader in health optimization.
Vinny Brusco, men’s group and mental fitness facilitator.
Eben Britton, former NFL offensive lineman, turned coach and advocate for healing, recovery, and men’s growth.
Jay Lacayo, community builder and cultural facilitator with Agora Social Club.
The event is intentionally limited to 25 attendees to preserve depth, trust, and a high-touch experience. Organizers say the goal is not to create a large conference, but a founding circle of men ready to do meaningful work in community.
Ticket options include:
Weekend Pass — $999
