Susan G. Komen ® , the world’s leading breast cancer organization, is inviting breast cancer survivors, those living with metastatic breast cancer, caregivers, families, supporters and community advocates to register for the 2026 Komen Southern Nevada MORE THAN PINK Walk, taking place on Sunday, Oct. 11, 2026, on South Las Vegas Boulevard.
Komen’s MORE THAN PINK Walk, held in communities across the U.S., brings together thousands of participants committed to supporting Komen's mission to save lives and help ensure that no one dies from breast cancer. Funds raised through the MORE THAN PINK Walk help fuel groundbreaking research, provide patient support services, improve access to care and advocate for policies that benefit those affected by breast cancer.
“Every step taken during the MORE THAN PINK Walk represents hope for those facing breast cancer today and progress toward a future without this disease,” said Allyce Pierson, Development Director of Nevada. “This event is about more than raising funds — it’s about honoring survivors, remembering loved ones, supporting patients currently in treatment and bringing our community together around a cause that impacts so many families. We are excited to come together with our community in this powerful moment of unity and shared purpose and encourage everyone to join as we work toward a future where lives are no longer lost to breast cancer.”
Breast cancer remains one of the most commonly diagnosed cancers among women, impacting countless families throughout Nevada and across the nation. The MORE THAN PINK Walk provides participants with an opportunity to make a tangible difference while celebrating the strength and resilience of those affected by the disease.
The event will feature an opening ceremony honoring survivors, those in treatment and those living with metastatic breast cancer, followed by the community walk and a post-walk celebration recognizing participants, teams, sponsors and supporters.
