Reno, Nev. (November 4, 2025) – Tolles, a leading Northern Nevada-based developer specializing in industrial, commercial and mixed-use projects, has hired veteran commercial real estate professional Lindy Deller as director. In her new role, Deller will oversee the full lifecycle of projects from acquisition through completion, driving Tolles’ continued commitment to delivering innovative, thoughtful developments across the region and around the country.
Deller brings more than a decade of commercial real estate experience to Tolles, with expertise spanning site selection, entitlement, design management, construction oversight, and project stabilization. Prior to joining Tolles, she served as Development Manager for Panattoni Development in Reno, where she managed a portfolio of industrial and commercial projects throughout Northern Nevada.

Deller earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and French from the University of Nevada, Reno, and holds a CCIM designation. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she serves on the corporate executive committee for NAIOP – Commercial Real Estate Development Association as Vice Chair for the National Forums Committee, and is actively involved in NAIOP Northern Nevada’s Development Council and Government Affairs. Locally, she contributes her expertise as a board member for the Reno Philharmonic, Biggest Little Circus, and Women in Industrial, Logistics, and Development (WILD).
Outside of real estate, Deller is also a professional circus artist, reflecting her creativity, discipline and community spirit, qualities that align with Tolles’ innovative approach to shaping the community through thoughtful development.
