AXES.ai (“AXES”), the world’s first cloud-native Intelligent Management System (IMS) for the global gaming industry, and Bankroll LLC (“BVNKROLL”), a Nevada-based enterprise payments infrastructure company, today announced a strategic partnership to integrate BVNKROLL’s embedded banking and payments platform directly into the AXES IMS ecosystem.
Under the partnership, BVNKROLL will serve as the white-labeled payments infrastructure provider powering an AXES-branded enterprise digital wallet, to be deployed across AXES’s network of gaming operators. AXES is the first enterprise gaming technology partner to deploy BVNKROLL’s embedded payments system at scale, a milestone both companies intend to leverage to drive industry-wide adoption of next-generation cashless gaming.
The End of Siloed Payments
The gaming industry has long treated floor management and payments as separate, disconnected systems. Casino management systems are built to manage information, accounting data, machine states, player records, while payments are handled through a patchwork of intermediary prepaid cards, third-party processors, and disconnected financial rails. The result has been operational friction, revenue leakage, and a fragmented player experience.
The AXES-BVNKROLL partnership is designed to end that era. By embedding BVNKROLL natively into the AXES IMS platform, gaming distributors and operators will, for the first time, have access to a single, unified intelligence and payments layer, one that manages real-time machine data, player identity, loyalty, compliance, and financial transactions from a single cloud native environment. Patron funds will flow directly from the player’s external funding source through GBank’s proprietary Pooled Player Account powered by PIMS™ to the gaming device, eliminating the need for intermediary prepaid cards and the friction they introduce.
A Comprehensive Payments Solution Built Into the IMS
AXES’s IMS platform currently serves 67 gaming operators and distributors across 12 states, with a global footprint spanning more than 30 countries. Operators deploying the AXES platform have access to a robust suite of cashless capabilities through the KashME product line. The integration of BVNKROLL’s embedded banking and payments platform adds a critical, previously missing layer: a fully licensed, sponsor bank-backed, real-time payments engine capable of moving funds directly from a patron’s bank account to the gaming floor via credit, debit, ACH/FedNow, and Real-Time Payments (RTP), as well as emerging digital payment methods.
Operators deploying the AXES-BVNKROLL solution will not be required to establish their own banking relationships, build compliance infrastructure, or navigate the complexities of FinCEN, FDIC, or Regulation E requirements. BVNKROLL’s infrastructure, powered by GBank, an FDIC- insured sponsor bank, handles patron identity verification, AML and sanctions screening, ledger reconciliation, and regulatory compliance as a fully embedded service, delivering a turnkey digital wallet that operators can deploy under the AXES brand without the burden of building the underlying financial architecture.
Executive Commentary
Earle G. Hall, CEO & Co-Founder of AXES.ai, stated: “AXES was built on the conviction that the gaming industry deserves a platform that manages intelligence, not just information. Payments are not a feature; they are a core intelligence stream. By integrating BVNKROLL’s embedded banking and payments platform into IMS, we are giving our operators something no legacy CMS has ever offered: a single, real-time view of the player that spans the gaming floor, the digital wallet, and the financial transaction, all in one platform. This is what it means to be truly cashless.”
Todd A. Nigro, CEO & Co-Founder of Bankroll LLC, added: “BVNKROLL was purpose-built to be the invisible, compliant payments engine powering the industry's best platforms. AXES’s cloud-native, manufacturer-independent architecture is exactly the environment where our embedded banking and payments platform performs at its highest level. Together, we are delivering something the industry has been waiting for: a payments infrastructure that is native to the management system, not bolted on top of it. Operators get the benefit of a fully regulated, GBank-backed financial environment without the complexity of building it themselves.”
