Those who book weekdays, weeknights, or Sundays, will include a complimentary hot chocolate station in the event.

Its dedicated catering management and staff can create the perfect menu for any event. All dinners are served with freshly baked dinner rolls and sweet butter, freshly brewed coffee, decaffeinated coffee, iced tea, and an assortment of hot herbal teas. Appetizers such as fresh vegetable crudité with ranch dressing, Swedish meatballs, coconut shrimp with sweet chili sauce, and imported and domestic cheese are garnished with crackers and artisan breads. Salads for the health-conscious will satisfy with Baby Spinach Salad (cranberries, red onion, and chopped walnuts, raspberry vinaigrette), Caesar salad, and Waldorf salad. Entrees such as prime rib of beef (au jus with horse radish), roasted tom turkey (sage stuffing, fresh cranberry relish, and turkey gravy), and roast pork loin (herbs and garlic, apple ginger compote) are some of the entrees to delight the taste buds. Sweet tooth will savor warm bread pudding with vanilla rum sauce, gingerbread cake with caramel sauce and fresh whipping cream, eggnog cheesecake, and apple cobbler.
