
September 11, 2025 (RENO, Nev.) – KPS3, a full-service marketing and communications firm, announced Brittany Silva as partner.
Silva is executive vice president and oversees a team of 16 at KPS3, managing more than $3.5 million in revenue while leading transformative brand and digital initiatives for clients across industries.

Since joining KPS3 in 2018, Silva has directed large-scale website projects for SaaS companies like Lone Wolf and PeopleGrove, built marketing programs for consumer organizations including Wild Island and Nevada Humane Society, and led high-profile campaigns for Stellar Development Foundation and the Reno-Sparks Convention and Visitors Authority.
Silva built her career through agency and in-house marketing roles. Prior to KPS3, she led brand, product and e-commerce initiatives at Tomauri, managed client accounts at D4 and specialized in digital marketing and CRM strategy at Ruby Seven Studios. Earlier in her career, she worked in international marketing as a specialist for a Toronto-based manufacturer.
She is also involved in the professional community. Silva is a past president of the Reno-Tahoe chapter of the American Marketing Association and is an adjunct professor of marketing strategy at the University of Nevada, Reno. She earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing management and her master’s in business administration from the University of Nevada, Reno.
