Commercial Alliance Las Vegas (CALV) is presenting three different classes in May for commercial real estate professionals seeking continuing education.
On May 1, CALV will present a “World of Commercial” course from 9 a.m. until noon at the Las Vegas REALTORS® building at 6360 S. Rainbow Blvd. It will be taught by 2025 CALV President Jennifer Weinberg, a commercial and business broker with BHHS Nevada Properties in Las Vegas.
On May 8, Weinberg will a teach an online “Intro to Business Broker” class from 1 to 4 p.m. offering insight into how to sell a business.
On May 22, CALV will present another online class from 1 to 4 p.m. taught by CALV member and longtime local real estate professional Deirdre Felgar on “Commercial Agency Perspective,” including information about how to navigate commercial real estate transactions.
The cost to attend the classes on May 1 and 8 is $30 for members of CALV and its affiliated organizations, or $40 for others. The May 22 class is $20 for members and $30 for others. Weinberg said this is another example of CALV’s commitment to presenting fully accredited continuing education classes with an emphasis on commercial real estate, all taught by experienced instructors.
