LAS VEGAS – Commercial Alliance Las Vegas (CALV) is presenting classes on Dec. 17 and 18 specifically designed for commercial real estate professionals seeking continuing education.
The first class, from 9 a.m. until noon on Dec. 17, is a “World of Commercial” course covering the fundamentals of commercial real estate, including terminology, types of leases, techniques for evaluating properties, cap rates and more.
The second class, being held from 9 a.m. until noon on Dec. 18, is on “No Gray Areas: Commercial Ethics.” It’s designed for real estate professionals wanting a deeper understanding of ethics, legal responsibilities, best practices and more.
The third class will be held Dec. 18 from 1 to 4 p.m. and is on “Mastering Commercial Contracts.”
All three classes are being taught by CALV President Jennifer Weinberg and held at the Las Vegas REALTORS® building at 6360 S. Rainbow Blvd. The cost to attend is $30 for CALV members, or $40 for all others. Participants can earn three live continuing education credits for completing each class. Weinberg said this is another example of CALV’s commitment to presenting fully accredited continuing education classes with an emphasis on commercial real estate, all taught by experienced instructors.
