For the past 14 years, the Moonridge Group has partnered with community leaders to host the Philanthropy Leaders Summit recognizing statewide contributions from family foundations, corporations and individual philanthropists. This year’s summit was held in late September and focused on social impact, innovation and strategic giving. Outlined here are the organizations recognized at the summit.

Johnny Lincoln is a scientist, entrepreneur, and innovator behind the development of hundreds of advanced materials. Bethany Lincoln is a certified health and wellness coach and social impact leader, known for her commitment to community wellness and empowerment.
Together, they co-founded the Lincoln Dynamic Foundation, which champions solutions that strengthen communities, empower youth, and protect the environment. Through initiatives like LDF Gives, the Catalyst Grant Program, and new ventures like L.I.G.H.T. and V.I.V.A., they’re investing in the future of education, leadership, and sustainable innovation.

Lexicon Bank is redefining what philanthropy looks like in the banking world—blending strategy, storytelling, and grassroots engagement to drive lasting community impact. Under the leadership of President & CEO Stacy Watkins, Lexicon launched the Community Spotlight program—a year-round platform that uplifts local nonprofits not only with funding, but also with marketing support, volunteer time, and visibility that helps grow their reach and sustainability.

Dave & Cheryl Duffield Foundation
Their philanthropic journey began in 1994 with the founding of Maddie’s Fund, a game-changing organization that has invested over $300 million to improve the lives of companion animals through innovation, leadership, and collaboration.
In 2016, they deepened their impact with the Dave & Cheryl Duffield Foundation, focusing on causes close to their hearts—especially supporting U.S. service members and Veterans, companion animals, and other transformative initiatives.
One of their most visionary projects is Liberty Dogs™, a national program that will pair Veterans with PTSD with expertly trained service dogs—restoring independence and hope. The state-of-the-art campus is set to open in 2026.
Together, the Duffields have contributed nearly $900 million, leaving an enduring legacy of compassion, service, and innovation.

For nearly three decades, Microsoft Reno, home to the Americas Operations Center, has played a critical role in powering Microsoft’s global business operations. But beyond their impact on technology and innovation, Microsoft Reno is a force for good in the northern Nevada community.
Through employee-led giving, year-round volunteerism, and more than 20 signature outreach programs, Microsoft Reno is committed to empowering local communities through education, charitable giving, and hands-on service. Their culture of giving is deeply woven into everyday work—supporting K–12 and higher education, advancing access to technology, and strengthening the nonprofits that uplift this region.
