LAS VEGAS – WTD Development & Construction (WTD), a full-service real estate and general construction company, has completed a tenant improvement project at Makai Pacific Island Grill.
Located at 6580 N. Losee Road in North Las Vegas, the Hawaiian barbeque restaurant occupies 2,500 square feet of space. This is the sixth Southern Nevada location for Makai, which opened its first local restaurant in 2016.
William Plise, WTD’s manager, said this recently completed tenant improvement involved all interior work, including mechanical, plumbing, electrical, kitchen equipment and interior finishes.
