LAS VEGAS – With its sharp edge in performance and distinctive flair in design, the new 2015 Infiniti Q70L, lives up to the brand’s exceptional luxury and style.
Much like the newly expanded, state-of-the-art showroom at the Park Place Infiniti dealership on West Sahara Avenue, the new 2015 Infiniti Q70L, expands that reputation to include stretch-out sedan comfort. Plus, its its 5.6 liter V8 engine with 416 horsepower, is built to impress.
No other luxury brand offers a comparable model in this segment, Park Place Infiniti executives say. The dealership, which epitomizes excellence in service, is the ideal place to take a closer look at what makes the 2015 Infiniti Q70L so special.
This midsize luxury sedan is imbued with eye-catching curves on the outside, authentic luxury craftsmanship inside and high-powered kick under the hood. For 2015, the Infiniti Q70L (MSRP $51,350) brings a rear seat with extra-long legroom to expand the already considerable appeal of the Q70 line.
A closer look at the 2015 Infiniti Q70L starts in the rear seat, where passengers enjoy 41.8 inches of legroom. That’s nearly six inches more than the standard model, and it is the result of a new 120.1-inch wheelbase (compared to 114.2 for the standard Q70). No other luxury brand offers such a long-wheelbase sedan.
“In addition to the benefit of added room, the longer wheelbase contributes to an even smoother ride,” Park Place Infiniti General Manager Joe Tortomasi said. “That’s what makes the 2015 Infiniti Q70L a great family car, or the perfect choice for people whose work sometimes includes transporting very important passengers.”
For rear-seat passengers, the Q70L offers five leather and wood trim combinations and heated seats. In front, 10-way power-adjustable seats are climate-controlled.
Infiniti technology comes to the fore with the navigation system featuring voice recognition, NavTraffic and NavWeather. Tortomasi said Infiniti was the first to offer the Around View Monitor with Moving Object Detection, and that’s here, too, along with front and rear sonar to make parking easier. Drivers and passengers alike will enjoy the sound produced by the Bose 10-speaker Premium Audio system.
All of these features come in the Premium Package, and here’s where he said Infiniti trumps the competition again: the Premium Package comes standard on the 2015 Q70L.
“You would need to spend thousands of dollars to add similar features to other luxury brand sedans,” Tortomasi added.
The Technology Package equips the Infiniti Q70L with the latest in accident prevention and mitigation features, including Intelligent Cruise Control, Distance Control Assist, Forward Emergency Braking, Lane Departure Warning, Blind Spot Warning, Backup Collision Intervention and more.
When it comes to performance, Infiniti offers four versions of the Q70L for 2015, two of which are equipped with Intelligent All-Wheel Drive. Choose between a 330-horsepower, 3.7-liter V6 and a 416-horsepower, 5.6-liter V8. Both engines are paired exclusively with seven-speed automatic transmissions, and both deliver that classic Infiniti performance and growl.
Infiniti drivers also get the added luxury of standard Infiniti Connection™ telematics service, which includes the Infiniti Personal Assistant™. That’s a personal round-the-clock concierge service.
