Andy Hantges, CCIM of Access Commercial Mortgage recently arranged financing for the acquisition of a 73,455 square foot retail center located at 4180-4280 W. Craig Road in North Las Vegas.
The retail center was sold for $8,200,000 and Hantges provided a loan of $5,150,000, which equated to a 63% loan-to-value.
