
The “Ace of the Courts” pickleball event, benefitting the local nonprofit JFSA, will be held at the Plaza Hotel and Casino, 1 North Main Street, in downtown Las Vegas on May 5th, starting at 9 a.m. The all-day event will host a tournament, based on player skill level, pickleball education, a raffle and auction, along with food and drink from local vendors.
JFSA serves more than 75,000 disadvantaged Southern Nevadans annually. Its programs fill critical community service need gaps in Las Vegas. Services include behavioral health counseling and testing for all age groups from children to seniors; senior services such as financial and medical assistance, a companionship program, Holocaust survivor assistance, and more. JFSA also offers adoption services, emergency services, which include a food pantry, homeless transition efforts, and direct financial hardship assistance. More recently, the nonprofit launched a successful breast cancer patient support program.
The player registration deadline is April 29.

· Each player will play a minimum of five to seven games.
· Sponsorship opportunities are available and include logo and company names on court banners, promotional materials in player swag bags, and many more perks.
· A raffle will be held with the winner awarded 50% of total sales.
