Adam’s Place Announces Their Fall 2019 Camp Cope Schedule
LAS VEGAS, NV – Adam’s Place, a local nonprofit organization announces their Fall 2019 Camp Cope schedule at their new home 2820 W. Charleston Blvd., Suite 40., Las Vegas, NV 89102. Adam’s Place is dedicated to healing the hearts of children, teens and families that have experienced the loss of a loved one.
Camp Cope provides 8 sessions held bi-weekly on Tuesdays over 16 weeks provided by trained volunteers to help children and families that have experienced loss caused by domestic violence, auto accidents and illnesses. All Camp Cope sessions begin at 5:45pm and end at 6:50pm. The fall schedule will include the following or topics:
o Tuesday, September 10th – What Am I Feeling
o Tuesday, September 24th – Building Your Toolbox
o Tuesday, October 8th – Can It Happen Again
o Tuesday, October 22nd – Communication Lifelines
o Tuesday, November 5th – Growing and Grief
o Tuesday, November 19th – The New Me – Goals and Healthy Coping Skills Accomplishments
o Tuesday, December 3rd – Family Activity Night and Candle Lighting tradition to celebrate Adam’s Place 5th Annual Mrs. Claus Tea; 5:30pm at Magical Forest at Opportunity Village

The next Camp Cope session is scheduled January 7, 2020. All applications must be submitted online at AdamsPlacelv.org
