WINNEMUCCA, Nev. – Nevada Rural Housing (NRH) is now accepting applications for the Larios Arms II Apartments Project-Based Voucher (PBV) wait list, offering a truly affordable housing opportunity for seniors aged 55 and older in Humboldt County. The wait list will remain open through March 28, 2025, and applications are being accepted online at www.nvruralportal.com.
Larios Arms II is a thoughtfully designed senior living community featuring one-bedroom apartments. PBV rents are based on income—PBV voucher holders pay just 30% of their earnings, making quality housing accessible to those with little to no income.
