They join long-time AWM veteran Richard Whelan, working together to enhance AWM’s presence in the private capital market. With over 40 years of combined experience, this team is dedicated to delivering innovative and customized financing solutions for all borrowers, including investors, real estate developers, and high-net-worth clients.
Chris Bennett, with over 20 years of experience in finance, previously served as Director of Investor Relations at Capella Mortgage. He is recognized for his expertise in hedge funds, private client-family offices, and real estate. Outside of work, Bennett is an avid Ironman and ultramarathon competitor and serves as Board Chair for Boys Town Nevada.
Beau McDougall, a lifelong Las Vegas resident, brings over a decade of experience in real estate and finance. He holds a degree in Public Administration from UNLV, where he serves on the Alumni Board. McDougall is also an active supporter of local charities and a fellow Ironman competitor.
