The American Cancer Society’s (ACS) hosted its 2 nd Annual Las Vegas Game Changer Gala on Saturday, March 1 st at the Keep Memory Alive Event Center. Presented by Findlay Automotive Group, the “Hatters Mad Enough to Fight Cancer” themed gala raised over $310,000 (and growing) to support ACS breakthrough cancer research, patient support services—including free transportation and lodging for those undergoing treatment, and advocacy efforts. The mission paddle raise specifically addressed cancer screening disparities in Nevada.
An enchanted evening of hope and celebration drew nearly 300 guests, who were treated to captivating live entertainment by violinist Felicia Zaharoff and DJ Starlene, exquisite gourmet cuisine, and the delightful novelty of a teacup champagne wall. The event’s momentum continued with a live auction and paddle raise, led by renowned auctioneers Christian & Parker Kolberg and concluded with the recognition of twelve exceptional community leaders who were honored as 2025 Las Vegas Game Changer honorees for their unwavering commitment to end cancer as we know it, for everyone!
The evening’s hosts were Kimberly Reed, author, global speaker, and lecturer and ABC 13 news anchor and journalist, Tricia Kean. Tyler Corder, chief financial officer of Findlay Automotive Group and cancer survivor is this year’s chair.
