Henderson luxury development welcomes first resident to break ground
LAS VEGAS – ASCAYA, a luxury development in Henderson, will celebrate its official groundbreaking on Tuesday, July 7 at 1 p.m. The first home to break ground in the development is an 11,000 square foot residence with six bedrooms, eight baths and a basement with an outdoor courtyard.

ASCAYA, in conjunction with the Henderson Chamber of Commerce. Elected officials, the homeowner and architect will also be on hand to discuss the new residence and progress in the luxury community.
