Bailey Kennedy Partners Named to Top Rank Attorneys

LAS VEGAS — Bailey Kennedy Partners Joshua P. Gilmore and Paul C. Williams have been named to the 2025 Top Rank Attorneys list by Nevada Business Magazine, an annual distinction that recognizes the top three percent of licensed attorneys in Nevada as selected by their peers.

Gilmore, a Las Vegas native, focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and legal ethics. He represents a range of clients, including transportation companies, financial institutions, municipalities and medical providers. He also serves on the State Bar of Nevada’s Standing Committee on Ethics and Professional Responsibility and regularly presents at continuing legal education events and legal conferences.

Williams, also a native of Nevada, practices in the areas of healthcare and commercial litigation, representing clients from local physicians and business owners to Fortune 500 companies. He currently serves on the advisory council of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic School and previously served on the Alumni Association Board of Directors for the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
