LAS VEGAS, NV (February 2, 2026)— The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace will celebrate Big Game Sunday with a range of special menus designed to enhance the game day experience. Guests can enjoy curated family packs, multi-course meals, and a selection of premium beverages, creating a full culinary experience that combines great food with game-day excitement.
Carmine’s Italian Restaurant at The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace will host a Big Game Viewing Party on Sunday, Feb. 8, 2026, with doors opening at 1 p.m. and packages beginning at 3 p.m.
Guests can choose the MVP Package ($295 per person), featuring a premium buffet with a seafood raw bar, carving station, antipasto, pasta, parmigiana, and dessert, plus a premium open bar and access to the exclusive MVP Lounge with a private balcony overlooking the Las Vegas Strip. The Tailgate Package ($265 per person) offers a buffet of fan-favorite Italian dishes, including wings, meatballs, and chicken parmigiana, along with a premium open bar. Carmine’s will also have catering packages that are ideal for game day. The Tailgate Package is $300 and feeds 12–14 people, while the Mini Tailgate Package is $150 and feeds 6–8 people. Both packages include Scarpariello wings, Caesar salad, sausage with peppers and onions, penne alla vodka sauce, their famous meatballs, and garlic bread.
For the Big Game, Sushi Roku is offering four new take-home family packs. The Touchdown Pack ($218) includes 36 pieces of nigiri such as toro, tuna, salmon, hamachi, and crab. The Safety Pack ($148) features specialty rolls including Katana, Tuna Jalapeño, Gensai, Tokubetsu, Yakumi, and White Lotus. The Field Goal Pack ($118) offers sliders like Panko Seabass, Braised Short Rib, and Fried Chicken, while the Extra Point Pack ($188) includes edamame, fried chicken, green beans, Wagyu chimichurri and potstickers, and chicken and vegetable fried rice—perfect for sharing while cheering on the game.
F1® Arcade Las Vegas at The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace delivers a high-energy game day experience on the Strip, combining elevated cocktails, globally inspired shareable plates, and full-motion Formula 1® racing simulators.
On Sunday, Feb. 8, starting at 3 p.m. (30 minutes before kickoff) through the end of the game, guests can enjoy big game drink specials, including a six-beer bucket for $40, bottomless beer, wine, and seltzers for $79 per person, or bottomless beer, wine, seltzers, and well liquor for $99 per person (tax and gratuity not included).
