LAS VEGAS – Las Vegas will serve as home base for a new family of restaurants with the launch of Bok Bok Chicken. The Mediterranean eatery’s first three locations are scheduled to open this summer, with restaurants in the Centennial Hills, Green Valley and Summerlin areas.
Bok Bok was born in family backyard barbeques, and family is at the heart of the business. Guests will enjoy fresh, bold and creative food, made from scratch and served in a comfortable environment where modern farmhouse meets ancient Mediterranean.
Bok Bok founder Silva Chamanian explained, “We’ve been excited about launching Bok Bok in Las Vegas for a while now. Being able to share our family recipes in our new spaces to locals will be such a privilege. We have tried to partner with the best Vegas has to offer – from our architects to our suppliers – and we’re really optimistic we’ll offer a great, traditional product to our guests.”
While many will be attracted to their traditional Mediterranean flavors, the menu will feature a variety of options that cater to just about everyone’s palate, served in a clean, modern and welcoming environment. Signature dishes include rotisserie chicken, beef shawarma, and made-to-order falafel. Bok Bok will also make its own pita bread fresh, daily and offer a diverse variety of beverages include Tan and Sumac lemonade.
Bok Bok Chicken is a fast-casual concept and will range in size from 1,100 to 2,400 square feet, offering between 36 and 55 seats at each location. The restaurants will be open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week. At launch of their first three locations this summer, Bok Bok will employ more than 50 people.
Bok Bok Chicken will be located at: 7501 W. Lake Mead Blvd., Suite 100; 725 S. Green Valley Parkway, Suite 150; and 6572 N. Decatur Blvd., Suite 100.
Bok Bok’s founders say they chose to launch their business in Las Vegas because they are confident in the local market and the need for high quality food offerings. They have ambitious plans to expand and are already developing two additional locations in Southern Nevada, scheduled to open in the fall.
