RENO, Nev. – Dolan Auto Group is honored to announce that Brady Dolan, Chief Operating Officer of Dolan Auto Group, has been nominated for the 2025 TIME Dealer of the Year. This honor, awarded to the nation’s most accomplished auto dealerships, highlights Dolan’s success in the business and his deep-rooted commitment to the local community.
Dolan is one of 49 nominees across the country selected for this award, which will be presented at the 108th annual National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) Show in New Orleans on Jan. 25, 2025. He represents the Nevada Franchised Auto Dealers Association, standing out among more than 20,000 dealers nationwide.
“I’m incredibly honored to be nominated for the 2025 TIME Dealer of the Year Award, especially knowing the legacy of this honor,” said Dolan. “This recognition is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire team at Dolan Auto Group, who continue to put our people and community first. Graduating from UCLA in 2008, Dolan joined the family business and, alongside his brother, helped take the Dolan Auto Group to new heights. As COO, Dolan has overseen steady growth while maintaining a people-first culture. Under his leadership, Dolan Auto Group has grown to seven dealerships across the region and has been named the “Best Place to Work” in XL Business in Northern Nevada three times.
Dolan’s leadership has also fostered an empowering workplace culture, instituting programs like the Dolan Cares initiative, which provides peer-based support for employees in need, the Women’s Leadership Council, focused on growth and development for female employees, and paid time off for volunteer work.
Brady Dolan becomes the third Dolan family member to be nominated for this award. His brother, Ryan Dolan was nominated in 2018 while his father, Tom Dolan, was honored in 1999.
The TIME Dealer of the Year award recognizes not only business acumen but also a dealer’s dedication to local communities. A national panel from the Tauber Institute for Global Operations at the University of Michigan will select regional finalists, and the overall winner will be announced in January 2025. Dolan and other nominees will receive $1,000 from Ally Financial to donate to the charity of their choice, further enhancing their community impact. Additionally, three finalists will receive $5,000 for their favorite charities and the winner will receive $10,000 to give to charity, donated by Ally.
