This project involves providing essential services to enhance and expand Abandoned Mine Land (AML) database processes and facilitating communication between RAMS stakeholders. The contract extends one year with four succeeding optional years, reflecting Broadbent’s commitment to environmental restoration and safety.
Broadbent has been entrusted with the task of supporting and enhancing AML databases through the implementation of cutting-edge Geographic Information System (GIS) and database platform standards. This project aims to connect RAMS stakeholders, including the Navajo Nation Abandoned Mine Lands Reclamation Department (NAMLRD), Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP), and Nevada Division of Minerals (NDOM), with valuable data sharing practices.
