Broadbent & Associates, Inc. (Broadbent), a leading, full-service environmental, water resource, and civil engineering firm, is pleased to announce the expansion of their Elko team with the hire of Benjamin Duckworth. Benjamin, who holds a Bachelor’s degree and Master of Science degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Southern Mississippi, will be serving as a Project Biologist at their Elko office and will be assisting with various projects throughout the state. His responsibilities will include providing environmental and biological assessments to a wide range of clients including water sampling, avian/vegetation surveys, and biological monitoring.

Prior to joining Broadbent, Benjamin worked as an Avian Encephalitis Specialist for
St. Tammany Parish in Louisiana. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his dog, hunting, fishing, and is currently training for an upcoming marathon.
