Veterans Guest House provides temporary accommodations and sponsorship opportunities for veterans and their families traveling to the Reno–Sparks area for medical care, offering critical housing during times of need. The Fourth Ward School Museum preserves one of Nevada’s most significant historic structures, connecting visitors to the legacy of the Comstock Lode through preservation, interpretive exhibits, and educational programming. In Elko, Friends of the Ruby Mountains supports the conservation, stewardship, and enjoyment of the Ruby Mountains, helping protect one of Nevada’s most iconic natural landscapes.
