Broadbent & Associates, Inc. (Broadbent), a full-service environmental, water resource, and civil engineering firm, is pleased to announce its commitment to supporting local education by conducting a pro bono Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) for Quest Preparatory Academy. This work will assist the public charter school in evaluating a 1.26-acre property located at the northwest corner of North Rancho Drive and West Alexander Road in Las Vegas, Nevada, for its future development needs.
The Phase I ESA will encompass a comprehensive review of historical records, a site reconnaissance, an environmental database review, and interviews with property stakeholders. The goal is to identify any potential environmental conditions that may affect the property while ensuring compliance with the ASTM Standard Practice E1527-21. This assessment aligns with Broadbent’s mission to not only provide technical excellence but also to give back to the communities it serves.
