With more than three decades of expertise in hydrology, water resource planning, and environmental compliance, Johnson brings vast technical knowledge and proven leadership to Broadbent.
Throughout his career, Johnson has specialized in groundwater and surface water analysis, water rights management, well drilling and monitoring, and innovative resource optimization strategies tailored to complex hydrologic and regulatory environments. Prior to joining Broadbent, Johnson served with the Southern Nevada Water Authority (SNWA) and Las Vegas Valley Water District, where he led significant initiatives in water resource planning, sustainability, and environmental stewardship.

A lifelong resident of Las Vegas, Johnson enjoys camping, whitewater rafting, traveling, and outdoor activities that connect him to the water resources he has dedicated his career to protecting. Johnson is also an active member and former president of the Nevada Water Resource Association (NWRA), where he continues to serve on the Board of Trustees.
