
LAS VEGAS – The Commercial Alliance Las Vegas (CALV) announced its newly elected officers and directors for 2026, with industry leader Karen Thomas becoming president of the commercial real estate organization starting Jan. 1.
Thomas, a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), is managing director and senior vice president of commercial brokerage services for KW Commercial in Las Vegas. She succeeds 2025 CALV President Jennifer Weinberg, a commercial and business broker with BHHS Nevada Properties in Las Vegas. Weinberg will serve as CALV’s immediate past president in 2026.
Toya Simon, a commercial and residential real estate agent with Urban Nest Realty in Las Vegas, was elected to serve as CALV’s president-elect for 2026, meaning she is in line to serve as president in 2027. She previously served on CALV’s Board of Directors and was its treasurer in 2025.
Paul Chaffee, CCIM, will serve as CALV treasurer for 2026. Chaffee is a vice president at CBRE Las Vegas. He also teaches real estate courses and serves as associate director of the Lied Center for Real Estate at UNLV.
Other members of the 2026 CALV Board of Directors include:
- Director Ricki Barlow, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Premier.
- Director Jeff Chain, CCIM, owner and broker of Millennium Commercial Properties, LLC, in Las Vegas.
- Director Scott Hurlburt, director of sales and leasing at Simply Vegas Commercial Real Estate.
- Director Stefany Lee Sigier, a commercial real estate broker at Millennium Commercial Properties, LLC, in Las Vegas.
