LAS VEGAS – The Commercial Alliance Las Vegas (CALV) honored longtime local real estate professionals Paul Chaffee as its Member of the Year and Jeff Chain as its Volunteer of the Year for 2025.
CALV presented its top annual awards to Chaffee, CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), and Chain, CCIM, during its 18th annual CALV Educational Symposium, held Sept. 25 at the Las Vegas REALTORS® building. The event featured education for local real estate professionals, an expert panel discussion on the issue of federally owned land in Nevada and an economic presentation from Brian Gordon, of Applied Analysis.
“Both Paul and Jeff have played a huge role in helping CALV this year,” CALV President Jennifer Weinberg said. “Jeff has been one of our most supportive members and volunteers for a long time, while Paul was especially instrumental in organizing and helping to plan and implement this year’s CALV Symposium.”
Chaffee works as a vice president at CBRE Las Vegas. He has more than 23 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. In addition to CALV, Chaffee is a member of several other local commercial real estate organizations, including CCIM. He also teaches real estate courses and serves as associate director of the Lied Center for Real Estate at UNLV. Deeply committed to his community, he has volunteered for more than a decade with Camp Firefly, a camp for children battling cancer, and has supported numerous charity events for children and homeless teens.
Chain has been a leading commercial real estate professional since 1980 and is the CEO of Millennium Commercial Properties, LLC. CALV honored him in large part for his continued volunteerism, including supporting its ongoing community service projects benefiting Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth. CALV also donated $2,500 to NPHY at its CALV Symposium.
