LAS VEGAS – Commercial Alliance Las Vegas (CALV) is presenting classes on Jan. 29 designed specifically for commercial real estate professionals seeking continuing education.
The first class, from 9 a.m. until noon Jan. 29, is a “Fundamentals of Commercial” course covering the basics of commercial real estate, including terminology, types of properties and transactions and more. The instructor is local commercial real estate professional Ofir Barashy.
The second class will be held that day from 1 to 4 p.m. on “Pricing Commercial Real Estate.” Taught by longtime local real estate professional Deirdre Felgar, CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), it’s designed for real estate professionals interested in learning about property pricing and valuation.
Both classes will be held at the Las Vegas REALTORS® building at 6360 S. Rainbow Blvd. The cost to attend is $30 for CALV members and affiliates, or $40 for all others.
