LAS VEGAS – Commercial Alliance Las Vegas (CALV) is presenting July 31 classes for commercial real estate professionals seeking continuing education.
CALV is presenting two classes on July 31. First, CALV’s “Fundamentals of Commercial” course runs from 9 a.m. until noon. The second class is on “Pricing Commercial” and will be held from 1 to 4 p.m.
Both classes will be held at the Las Vegas REALTORS® building at 6360 S. Rainbow Blvd. and will be taught by CALV member and longtime local real estate professional Deirdre Felgar, CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member).
The cost to attend is $40 for the two classes, or $25 for each three-hour course.
