LAS VEGAS – Commercial Alliance Las Vegas (CALV) is presenting a March 11 class offering an introduction to selling a business.
The “Intro to Business Broker” class is taught by CALV Immediate Past President Jennifer Weinberg and covers how to negotiate a deal to sell a business and what such transactions entail. It will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Las Vegas REALTORS® building at 6360 S. Rainbow Blvd.
Like other CALV courses, it is designed for commercial real estate professionals seeking continuing education. Those who complete the class can earn three hours of general credits toward renewing their Nevada real estate license.
