CAMCO Hosts Holiday Employee Appreciation Luncheon to Honor Top Team Members in 2024

CAMCO (Complete Association Management Company) of Nevada, the Silver State’s leading HOA management company, hosted its annual employee recognition luncheon on Dec. 20 at 11:30 a.m. at Lawry’s The Prime Rib, 4043 Howard Hughes Parkway, in Las Vegas. The annual event, which CAMCO has hosted for nearly two decades, honors employees who have provided outstanding service to clients throughout the year.

“Our team members are the heart of our company,” CAMCO President David Swenson said. “This special holiday event allows us to honor them, but also enjoy some important time together as a CAMCO family.”

This year’s Employee of the Year honor went to accounts receivables specialist Brianda Hernandez.

“Brianda has seen a considerable amount of change in her tenure at CAMCO,” said CAMCO CFO Mary Ann Hubbard. “She adapts well and helps other team members, even training many of them. Due to staffing shortages, there have been instances where she has carried the workload of two people, without complaint. She excels at customer service, and is dependable, respectful and courteous.”

The President’s Award went to community manager Jennifer Cano. Swenson said Cano’s desire to go “out of her way to help other team members,” in addition to her bilingual skills, which help to support communication with community members, were reasons she earned the President’s Award.
