CAMCO Nevada’s Lexie Wicks recently received her provisional Community Association Manager (CAM) license from the Nevada Real Estate Division. Serving as an administrative assistant with CAMCO since 2021, Wicks will now transition to overseeing Las Vegas Valley HOAs, while under the supervision of another CAMCO CAM.
“Lexie has been one of our diligent administrative assistants. We congratulate her on her achievement as a provisional community association manager,” said CAMCO President David Swenson.
Wicks moved to Las Vegas in 2021 to pursue a career in property management, and transitioned to CAMCO a year later. She has most recently served in an administrative support role for more than 20 HOA communities. Wicks also holds a bachelor of science degree in Criminal Justice from Kentucky Wesleyan College.
“I see myself in community management for a while,” Wicks added. “Managing and supporting managers is what I enjoy doing. I’ve very much enjoyed my time here. CAMCO has a family atmosphere and they really care about their employees.”
