CAMCO (Complete Association Management Company) of Nevada, is proud to announce that Alicia Mason is now a Supervising Community Manager. In her new role, she will oversee and mentor provisional community managers in the first two years of licensure while also managing Las Vegas Valley homeowners associations.
“Alicia continues to be a shining example of dedication and willingness to help others,” CAMCO President David Swenson said. “Congratulations on reaching such a crucial milestone as Supervising Community Manager.”
Mason began her professional career in hospitality and gained valuable community management accounting experience before joining CAMCO in March 2020 as an administrative assistant. She completed her Community Association Manager (CAM) certification in late 2020 and began overseeing local HOAs shortly after.
“My mom was a community manager for years and I grew up around HOA board meetings. That’s what really got me interested in this industry,” Mason said. “Being around it growing up, I always knew it was something I wanted to do.”
Mason has also served as a CAMCO trainer for the past two years.
“Training has been my favorite part of the job so far,” she added. “I love to see when people are learning something new and they start to get it. Helping people is something that really motivates me.”
CAMCO manages more than 300 HOAs in Nevada. To learn more, visit camconevada.com or @CAMCONevada on Facebook.
