“We are deeply grateful to Meadows Bank and FHLBank San Francisco for this incredible investment in our Elevating Families program,” said Marie Baxter, CEO of Catholic Charities of Northern Nevada. “This support allows us to walk alongside families as they build the skills, confidence, and resilience they need to break the cycle of poverty and create a brighter future for their children. Together, we are not just providing short-term help—we are fostering lasting change.”
The funding will support Elevating Families, CCNN’s innovative mentoring program designed to help families achieve lasting economic stability. Through one-on-one coaching, parents work with dedicated mentors to set goals, develop problem-solving skills, and create sustainable strategies to move beyond poverty.
