The CCIM Southern Nevada Chapter is proud to announce its 2025 Annual Wine Soirée & Silent Auction, taking place on Thursday, September 18, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Canyon Gate Country Club. This highly anticipated annual gathering brings together Southern Nevada’s business and commercial real estate leaders for an elegant evening of fine wine, networking, and philanthropy.
Proceeds from the Wine Soirée will directly benefit John S. Park Elementary School, chapter-selected local charities, and the CCIM Southern Nevada Scholarship Fund, which provides financial support to professionals pursuing advanced commercial real estate education. Guests will also enjoy participating in a silent auction and grand prize drawing, which includes $4,000 in Visa gift cards along with other valuable rewards. Auction items will be available for preview and early bidding online prior to the event through the Event Gives platform.
