Firm name changed to Lee & High, Ltd. with Elizabeth High, Esq. as new shareholder
RENO, Nev. –Nationally recognized Reno law firm, Cecilia Lee, Ltd., has officially changed its name to Lee & High, Ltd. and is pleased to announce that Elizabeth High, Esq. is a shareholder.

High completed her law degree at the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, graduating summa cum laude in 2002. After graduation, High served as federal law clerk to the Honorable Valerie P. Cooke in the United States District Court, District of Nevada. High returned to Washington, D.C. after her clerkship and began the practice of law at Arnold & Porter in the Environmental Practice group. There, she assisted clients in complying with state and federal environmental laws and regulations, resolving regulatory violations, and conducting environmental due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
High returned to Reno in 2006. Prior to joining Cecilia Lee, Ltd., High worked for Lionel Sawyer & Collins in the Gaming & Regulatory Law Group in the Reno office.High continues to put her extensive regulatory experience to work, including applications for Medical Marijuana Establishment certifications in Nevada.
