Charlie Palmer Steak
Elevate your holiday dining at Charlie Palmer Steak where a thoughtfully curated prix-fixe menu awaits. Begin the night with a shitake caps and seared baby scallops, topped with truffle oil, yuzu juice and flying fish roe, followed by a festive salad of dried mission figs, Granny Smith apples and dried cranberries. The Trefethen Dry Riesling is the suggested wine pairing, offering a vibrant and refreshing complement to the first course.
The main course features a 16-ounce Certified Angus Beef rosemary-crusted prime rib served with Yorkshire pudding, creamy horseradish sauce, warm beef au jus, creamy pomme purée and grilled asparagus. A glass of Scribe Chardonnay is available to complement the dish.
For dessert, guests can enjoy a chocolate sticky toffee pudding with bourbon vanilla bean sauce, Bosc pears and served alongside a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream. This dessert can be paired with an Opolo Zinfandel for a velvety, smooth finish.
Charlie Palmer Steak will serve this Christmas menu on Tuesday, Dec. 24 and Wednesday, Dec. 25 from 4 to 9 p.m. starting at $160 per person. Optional wine pairings include three four-ounce pours for $45 or three six-ounce pours for $60. Guests can add a half pound of Alaskan king crab for an additional $135.
The Grand Buffet
Gather the whole family for a stress-free Christmas meal at The Grand Buffet, where an impressive spread of holiday favorites awaits. From tender braised short ribs in a rich red wine sauce to buttery seared salmon draped in lobster sauce, guests can create a plate that’s as indulgent as the season itself. Seafood lovers can enjoy Zuppa di Pesce to warm away the seasonal chill and steamed clams in garlic butter, while a poke station allows diners to customize their own fresh and flavorful creations. A host of buffet staples are also available including prime rib and grilled filet mignon, providing options for the whole family.
The Grand Buffet will serve its Christmas feast on Dec. 24 and Dec. 25 from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., with breakfast options available until noon. Prices are $68 for adults and $12 for children.
Grand Café
Cozy up at the Grand Café this Christmas with a classic holiday meal designed to capture the warmth and flavors of the season. Guests will savor honey-glazed ham served alongside rich mascarpone mashed potatoes and cider-roasted root vegetables, finished with an elegant prosciutto-wrapped pear garnish. For a sweet finale, guests can choose from seasonal dessert selections crafted to add the perfect touch to your festive feast.
This holiday special is available on Dec. 24 and Dec. 25 starting at 4 p.m. for $34 per person, with desserts available for an additional $6. Quantities are limited, so arrive early to ensure a seat.
Rim Asian Bistro
For those seeking an Asian-inspired twist on Christmas dining, RIM Asian Bistro offers a holiday menu full of bold flavors and unique dishes. Guests can kick off their meal with crispy shrimp crepes served with a tangy plum sauce for $17. For the main dish, guests can enjoy the Grand Emperor Noodle, a decadent entrée featuring lobster tail, roasted duck, snow crab and more, served over flavorful egg noodles with a rich, savory broth for $55.
Throughout the holiday season, Rim Asian Bistro will also serve a duo of drink specials, including the Apple Bourbon Crisp Cocktail, a warming blend of bourbon, apple cider and maple syrup for $16, or the Sparkling Orange Sake, a bright and bubbly Mio sparkling sake and fresh orange juice for $14.
This special holiday menu will be served from Christmas Eve until New Year’s Day.
Uno Más
Bring a festive flair to your holiday celebration at Uno Más, where bold flavors take center stage. The featured entrée, Lomo Relleno en Salsa Adobo de Tres Chiles, is made with a tender stuffed pork loin finished in a rich three-chile sauce and served with classic accompaniments like Spanish rice and black beans.
The holiday celebration doesn’t end with dinner. Guests can pair a meal with the St. Nickarita, a holiday take on the classic margarita, featuring Teremana Blanco tequila, fresh lime juice, Cointreau, agave and cranberry juice for a festive twist for $15.
This holiday special will be available from Christmas Eve through New Year’s Day, making it the perfect choice for gatherings throughout the holiday week.
Chickie’s & Pete’s
Toast to the holiday season at Chickie’s & Pete’s, where a lineup of festive cocktails adds a playful and spirited touch to Christmas celebrations. Choose from seasonal favorites like the Gingerbread Martini, a creamy, spiced treat with a graham cracker rim, or the Pomegranate Sparkler, a refreshing blend of sparkling wine and pomegranate juice. Other highlights include the White Christmas Margarita, featuring a tropical twist with coconut milk, and the classic Christmas Sangria, crafted with seasonal fruits for a vibrant holiday punch.
