WHAT: Communities In Schools (CIS) of Southern Nevada presents its 14th annual Fill the Bus school supply drive, supporting students during the upcoming 2026-2027 school year.
Made possible thanks to sponsors including presenting sponsor, the Athletics, as well as Aristocrat, Beazer Homes, and UFC, Fill the Bus annual back-to-school supply drive aims to ease the financial burden of buying school supplies for students and their families who are experiencing economic hardship and roadblocks to learning.
This school year, CIS of Southern Nevada will serve 70,000 students at 75 K-12 schools throughout Clark County. Schools are strategically identified based on need and often selected within designated areas where students receive a continuum of care from kindergarten through their senior year of high school. As schools and families continue to navigate increasing student needs amid ongoing resource constraints, CIS relies on community support to ensure students have access to the tools and essentials they need to succeed. Donations of school supplies, hygiene products, clothing, and financial contributions help CIS Site Coordinators remove barriers to attendance, engagement, and academic success.
