HENDERSON, NV – Leading industry experts and neighboring businesses such as Raiders, Amazon and Levi’s gathered at Matter Park @ West Henderson, the newest 300,000-square-foot West Henderson mixed-use development, to discuss the evolution and economic impact in this portion of the valley.
Matter Real Estate Group Partner Jim Stuart, Colliers International | Las Vegas Executive Vice President Dan Doherty and Henderson Mayor Debra March discussed the long-term effect that the recent and future construction will have on West Henderson such as increased job opportunities and options for residents to live, play and work all within their community.
It was also noted that retail and restaurants will begin to populate the area as more commercial development is constructed, providing needed amenities in the area which includes many master-planned communities.
More than 100 business leaders attended the event, which was hosted inside a Matter Park @ Henderson West industrial building located at 1371 Executive Airport Drive, Henderson, NV 89052.
