CAMCO (Complete Association Management Co.) of Nevada, one of the Silver State’s leading homeowner association management companies, hosted its 2025 employee recognition luncheon Dec. 19 at Lawry’s The Prime Rib, 4043 Howard Hughes Parkway in Las Vegas.
The annual event, which CAMCO has hosted for nearly two decades, honors employees who have provided outstanding service to clients throughout the year.
CAMCO Vice President of Business Development Mary Rendina won the President’s Award. Senior Director of Community Association Management Lucille Sanchez won Employee of the Year.
CAMCO President David Swenson lauded the top award winners.
“Mary exemplifies integrity and professionalism in everything she does,” Swenson said of Rendina. “Her leadership as our vice president of business development has not only advanced our sales growth but has also elevated the culture of our organization. The President’s Award is a fitting tribute to her outstanding contributions.”
Swenson also shared words of praise for Lucille Sanchez. “Lucille, in her role as senior director, has demonstrated extraordinary leadership and unwavering commitment to service. The Employee of the Year Award honors not only her achievements, but the example she sets for her team.”
