Las Vegas, NV (December 12, 2023) – Basilico Ristorante Italiano, opened earlier this year with a soft launch in February and celebrated with a grand opening in May. Basilico’s restaurant concept stems from Executive Chef Francesco Di Caudo’s Italian roots and years long of culinary experience along with Bar-Kada Hospitality’s inclusion to formulating their unique, specialty cocktail list. Upon being open to the public for seven months, Basilico has been recognized by the community and has received the Bronze Title for Best Outdoor Dining and Best Southwest Happy Hour by Best of Las Vegas.

Live Entertainment
Basilico hosts in-restaurant live music on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. This month, enjoy the soothing sounds and voices by:

Basilico also hosts amazing live DJ entertainment from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. during their Sunday brunch. Enjoy a lively set accompanied with Sunday brunch by Korsky on December 17th.
Sing along and dance under the stars at the Evora amphitheater on Friday, December 15th from 6:30 – 8 p.m., as tribute band, ALBUMPALOOZA: American Eagle USA, celebrates the hits of The Eagles. This event is free and open to all ages in which guests can bring their own lawn chairs and picnic blankets to enjoy this outdoor show.
Christmas Eve Brunch
Spread Christmas cheer at Basilico as Santa himself will be visiting during Sunday Brunch on December 24th from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. for complimentary pictures and meet and greets for everyone. Guests can enjoy brunch specials accompanied by the Green Valley High School Choir as they serenade guests with heartwarming Christmas carols.
Basilico’s bar area remains open on Sundays after brunch into their dinner service until 8 p.m. Walk-ins are welcome upon availability
Christmas Eve Dinner
Come for brunch and stay for dinner on Christmas Eve as Chef Francesco Di Caudo has prepared a specialty prix fixe menu for guests who are interested to enjoy from 4 – 8 p.m. This menu is priced at $95 per person with an optional wine pairing at $55 per person. Featured on the menu includes Kushi Oysters, Hawaiian Bluefin Tuna, Dashi Braised Spanish Octopus, Clams Risotto, Chilean Sea Bass and a Nutella Mousse and Panettone Sphere for dessert and much more.
New Year’s Eve Bash
Ring in the New Year at Basilico’s ultimate NYE Bash on December 31st, offering two fantastic dining options for guests to celebrate. Starting at 5 p.m., guests can enjoy fabulous menu selections from an a la carte menu or experience a 5-course menu at $95 per person with an optional wine pairing at $55 per person. Alternatively, at 8 p.m., enjoy a 5-course “Choice of” menu at $155 per person with an optional wine pairing at $75 per person. Depending on the selected menu, guests can expect to enjoy dishes such as Kushi Oysters, Truffle Cavatelli Pasta, Mediterranean Sea Bass, Ribeye, table-side Parmigiano Gelato, Beef Carpaccio, Lobster Risotto and much more. Both options include a welcome specialty cocktail, live entertainment, and a thrilling countdown to the new year to enjoy viewing fireworks in an exclusive space at Evora.
