Crystal Rymer recently completed her two-year provisional community association manager training and became a fully licensed CAM with CAMCO Nevada.
In her new role, Rymer will oversee communities for one of Nevada’s largest community association management companies.
“I enjoy working for CAMCO because CAMCO definitely supports their employees. It’s a very family dynamic of a company,” Rymer said, reflecting on her licensure. “What it means to me to have this certification is … (an) example of just not to give up. It’s something that I always knew I wanted to do.”
CAMCO Vice President of Association Services Lucille Sanchez supervises Rymer. Sanchez said Rymer performs her work with aptitude and aplomb.
“I’ve seen her really develop in her role,” Sanchez said. “She brings a lot of positivity to her portfolio, to the communities she manages, plus to our group as well. She’s eager to learn to do the right thing.”
