<Executive held VP of business development position since 2017 and helped position CAMCO for long-term success>
David Swenson has assumed the role of president at CAMCO (Community Association Management Company), one of Nevada’s largest and most respected HOA management companies.
Swenson served as VP of business development since 2017 and has helped expand CAMCO’s HOA portfolio to nearly 300 communities since then.
“David has been key to the growth of CAMCO and is the perfect person to be driving the company forward,” said CAMCO CEO Joel Just. “He started working with me 14 years ago in Arizona. His success has moved him into executive roles at numerous companies. Now he and I will combine our skills and experience so that CAMCO can continue to deliver excellence in the Nevada marketplace well into the future.”
Previously, Swenson served as VP of business development for Eagle Rock Asset Management, a real estate investment firm, as well as HOA collections services companies, Red Rock Financial Services and Nevada Association Services. He also brings business development experience in both the automotive and auto finance arenas.
