LAS VEGAS – Desert Radiology, a diagnostic imaging practice that has served Southern Nevada for 55 years, completed its virtual holiday philanthropic initiative, 25 Days of Do-Gooders. Starting December 1, the imaging practice donated $250 to 25 charities every day through December 25.
Despite COVID-19, Desert Radiology has made it a top priority to continue its charitable endeavors through its Do-Gooders team, a group of Desert Radiology team members who have collectively donated thousands of volunteer hours across various charity events and programs.
In lieu of hosting toy drives this holiday season, Desert Radiology provided 25 donations to 25 different charities selected by the practice’s teammates.
“The past 25 days has truly been memorable as our entire practice came together virtually to give back to our beloved community,” said Richard Bodager, CEO / EVP of Desert Radiology. “There are so many groups within our community who have been disproportionately affected by this pandemic and we are honored to help provide relief to our neighbors during this extraordinary time.”
